The First & Original Far Infrared Hot Yoga Studio In The Fraser Valley

Oxygen Yoga & Fitness is one of the fastest growing Yoga & Fitness businesses in the Fraser Valley and one of the first few in the world to offer Far Infrared classes. Our state of the art far infrared hot yoga and fitness studio is located in Maple Ridge, British Columbia, Canada.

Our goal is to help our students reach their fitness goals by incorporating Yoga, Pilates and Fusion based classes into their lives. We help our students overcome obstacles that keep them from reaching their goals, by offering them different levels and modifications, adding new classes, and always changing the routine, so that they do not become bored, or even worse, plateau and then quit. We also motivate our students to do their own personal best, we encourage them to learn to listen to their bodies, and while we do challenge our students to step out of their comfort zones, we do not follow the “no pain, no gain” philosophy. Instead, our philosophy is to work within our limits, but to challenge our mind, body and spirit so that we don’t take ourselves out of the game by being laxie-dasie or by giving up early. Our Mantra is “Under stretching comes from low self esteem and over stretching comes from swollen ego.”

As students of life and learning we love learning also from the great teachers, like Dr. Wayne Dyer, Deepak Chopra, Louise L. Hay, T. Harv Eker, Don Miguel Ruiz and so many many more. We incorporate new and healthy lifestyle changes into our teachings and encourage our members to live to their full potential.
