We have some really great classes for beginners.  You can attend any level 1/2 classes or all level classes.  Your instructor will give you lots of modifications and variations to suit your needs and level.  We also have Beginner and Beyond classes which are specifically designed for beginners as well as our Hot Yoga Relaxation &amp; Deep Stretch class which you will enjoy as well. Please check out our schedule at www.oxygentraining.ca and you can call me or chat with me online as well and I can go thru the schedule with you.
