I had been looking for a new workout regime to make me sweat as I transitioned out of Olympic rowing and Oxygen yoga has really impressed me. I’m so glad I found a studio close to my house! The combination of the challenging routine, complete with awesome tunes, and the heated room, make for an ideal workout. I’ve tried a lot of their classes, from the stretching-based yoga/flow to bootcamp, and they really cater to all fitness levels. Since I’m no longer training full-time, it’s been a great new way to incorporate strength, core and flexibility into my exercise routine.
