I first decided to become a professional Hypnotherapist, NLP Psychologist and Meditation Coach in 1995, after a very stressful, depressing and oppressive time of her life when on the verge of a complete nervous breakdown, that she found the courage to ‘rethink’ her life and seek the support and expertise of mainstream counselors, spiritual healers and teachers.

Since then, she has undergone rigorous training, earning a number of coaching credentials, including Hypnotherapy, NLP, Counseling, Meditation, Stress Management, Reiki Master Teacher, as well as becoming a traditionally trained First Nations Shaman healer and teacher.
