Info for New Students

New to Oxygen Yoga & Fitness?
Enjoy Far Infared Hot Yoga and Pilates with us at our state of the art studios. We are located in Maple Ridge, BC. We offer a wide variety of Yoga and Pilates Fusion classes for all levels to enjoy.
Trying out our classes is easy!
- Check out our schedule:
- Pick out a class that you would like to attend for your first time
- Click the “Signup Now button”
- If you are new to Oxygen, please follow the steps provided, and create a username and password.
- If you are a member, please login with your username and password
- Select your payment method. If you already purchased a voucher online, please select the “I already purchased a voucher online” button. You will need to bring proof of purchase with you in order to take the class if you selected this method.
- Complete the pre-registration process
- Pack your Yoga mat, a bottle of water and a towel (for yoga and pilates classes)
- Be sure to dress comfortably (shorts, yoga top, tshirt, yoga pants, etc…
- Do not eat right before class please
- Arrive at our studios 20 minutes early
- Introduce yourself to our instructor and fill out the neccessary forms
- Pay for either a dropin class ($15 + HST) or a one-week trial ($20 + HST) by cash, visa, mastercard or debit. (We do not accept cheque) or if you already purchased a voucher online, please bring all receipts with you.
- Enjoy your class! Try to attend different teachers class if you can, since each teacher has their own style.

I’d like to “attempt” yoga but am a true beginner. Do you have any classes for someone who has never done yoga before?

Hi Donna,
We have some really great classes for beginners. You can attend any level 1/2 classes or all level classes. Your instructor will give you lots of modifications and variations to suit your needs and level. We also have Beginner and Beyond classes which are specifically designed for beginners as well as our Hot Yoga Relaxation & Deep Stretch class which you will enjoy as well.
