So, what is TRX Training? The TRX Suspension Training Program is designed to build power, increase strength & flexibility as well as work on your balance. It’s a program that is designed for people of all ages and at all fitness levels. With most gym equipment only allow you to move forwards and backwards (sagittal plane), but in real life, we move in different directions: forwards, backwards, we can rotate (transverse plane) and also move from side to side (frontal plane). By using the TRX, you body is able to complete movements in more than just the sagittal plane, so now you are able to get more out of each and every workout. With the TRX, you use your own body weight to work against gravity. What does that mean? Well, in it’s simplest form, it means that TRX Bodyweight training will allow you to leverage your own bodyweight and gravity to develop strength, balance and flexibility. It’s the ultimate workout, without having to spend hours and hours working out!
