The intention of this workshop is to improve our ability to understand our self more clearly and to evaluate our potential energy.
- We start with some quick movement to bring up the heart rate a bit and warm up all the joints and muscles.
- Second portion of the class will include basic hit and block techniques more in detail.
- We will then look at self defense techniques and combination moves.
- Finally the class will end with some light stretches and meditation.
There will be no contact moves in this work shop and it is suitable for all levels, 14 years and up.
